All content provided on this website is for general informational and community safety education purposes only. Operational decisions, water conditions, and weather data displayed here should be verified independently before launching any vessel or entering tri-state waterways.

2. Emergency Dispatch Disclaimer

CRITICAL: Boone County Water Rescue does not accept emergency service requests, rescue calls, or active distress alerts through this website, contact forms, or email links. In any emergency situation, you must dial 911 immediately to contact local police and fire dispatchers who coordinate our mobilization.

3. Intellectual Property

The Boone County Water Rescue shield badge logo, page styling, and custom imagery are the exclusive intellectual property of BCWR. You may not copy, replicate, or use these assets for external marketing without explicit written consent from our Board of Directors.

4. Volunteer Application

Submitting a volunteer inquiry form does not guarantee admission or recruit status into the Boone County Water Rescue squad. All potential public safety divers and support crew must undergo background audits, physical fitness reviews, and coordinate certification courses.
